About the Role
Aqualine Water Technology is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the water treatment or industrial engineering sectors.
To succeed, you must have experience in B2B sales and have worked with international companies operating across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Close deals and manage all client-facing negotiations to ensure timely contract finalization
- Follow up on submitted offers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions until contract signature.
- Track and supervise sales team performance through KPIs such as follow-ups, feedback, and closed deals
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and outcomes are logged
- Generate and present monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager for review
- Travel as needed to finalize deals and represent Aqualine regionally
Skills
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in international sales companies operating across multiple countries
- Strong track record of closing deals and managing negotiations
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region as needed
- Previous experience in the water treatment sector is a strong advantage
