Bank of Jordan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Manager/ Corporate to join our dynamic team.

As a Relationship Manager/ Corporate, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and providing them with tailored banking solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities Acquire and manage new and existing corporate clients to grow the business and credit portfolio.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sector, financial, and credit studies with risk analysis, structuring, and pricing recommendations.
Market and cross-sell corporate banking, transaction banking, and cash management products.
Handle corporate client requests and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and expand the corporate portfolio.
Monitor credit utilization, overdrawn accounts, and overdue payments; coordinate collections.
Track and manage deteriorating accounts and escalate through EWS and remedial units when required.
Lead and coordinate team marketing efforts to achieve portfolio and profitability targets.
Support business continuity and emergency response plans as assigned.
University degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in Corporate Lending.
Strong experience dealing with corporate, commercial, and industrial groups.
Proficient in English.
Computer literacy and ability to work with banking systems.
In-depth knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
Strong direct and cross-selling skills.
Effective presentation and communication skills.
Solid understanding of internal and external banking policies and procedures.
Strong client relationship management and communication abilities.
Planning, organization, and analytical skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure.
