About the job

As a Senior Quality Control at Aspire, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing and quality control processes. What you’ll do

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong experience in test case design, execution, and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality control processes.
  • Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working in Agile or similar development environments.
  • Leadership ability with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
