Senior Full Stack Product Engineer (Next.js + AI-Native Delivery)

    WHERE YOU FIT IN |    We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who can own delivery end-to-end, from frontend to backend and operate effectively in an AI-native development environment.
   This is not a traditional developer role.
   At Whiteshield, we are building products and systems for governments and large institutions, where speed, ownership, and engineering judgment matter.
Our workflows are evolving rapidly with AI - from development to QA and delivery and we need engineers who are already comfortable operating in this way.
   You should be able to:   Take a feature from idea → architecture → implementation → deployment   Move fast using AI tools, without compromising on quality   Work independently while collaborating closely with product and leadership     WHAT YOU WILL DO |   Own end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and data layers   Build production-grade applications using Next.
js, TypeScript, and modern web stacks   Design and implement clean, scalable APIs and services   Work directly with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions   Debug issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers   Use AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) to accelerate development and delivery   Contribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative, remote team environment   Continuously improve how we build including AI-driven workflows and automation      Work on high-impact projects with governments and large institutions   Be part of a team pushing the boundaries of AI-driven software development   Operate in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment   Build products that go beyond dashboards - real-world impact at scale     MUST HAVES |   5+ years experience building production web applications   Strong, hands-on experience with Next.
js and React (mandatory)   Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend architecture   Experience building and consuming REST APIs   Solid understanding of relational databases (e.
g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server)   Proven ability to own features end-to-end (UI → API → database)   Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the full stack   Experience working in remote, autonomous environments   Comfortable using AI tools in your daily development workflow (not just experimenting)    NICE TO HAVE |   Experience with .
