Optimiza is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to guide our software development teams in adopting Agile principles and practices.
The Scrum Master will serve as a facilitator for Agile processes, helping teams deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist product owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Track and report on team performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, project managers, and organizational leaders to enhance Agile maturity across the company.

Class A Health Insurance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster positive team dynamics.
Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
