About The Role We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our frontline team.
In this role, you won’t just be making calls; you will be the engine of our growth.
You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for the world’s leading enterprises.
Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure the best fit, understanding each prospect’s pain points and how Open.
cx can solve them.
Pipeline Building: Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities, ensuring steady progression from first contact to discovery calls.
Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies in real time.
Sales Playbook Development: Work closely with leadership to refine outreach sequences, messaging, and qualification criteria.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing on campaign ideas, provide feedback to product based on prospect conversations, and share insights with leadership.
Event Participation: Represent Open.
cx at trade shows, networking events, and online webinars to generate interest and leads.
Multi-Hat Contributions: Help create sales collateral and pitch decks when needed.
Step in to run quick demos for smaller prospects.
Support customer success in onboarding if needed for strategic accounts.

Experience: 1–3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software).
Startup experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator in both written and verbal formats.

Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly based on company needs.
