Anticipating guest needs by offering tailored room options, packages, and relevant information
What we need from you
guests will reach out with inquiries, requests, and feedback, so you’ll be clear, professional, and easy to engage with across phone, email, and digital channels
You’ll handle booking challenges, changes, and special requests with confidence, turning every interaction into a positive experience
Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
You’ll manage reservations systems, ensure accuracy in bookings, and confidently use computer tools while handling numbers and guest information
