 About the Role:


In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the resort and surrounding area.
  • Processing guest requests and reservations efficiently.
  • Managing room keys and maintaining accurate guest records.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.

About You:


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality environment (preferably 5* hotel experience).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a hospitality property management system (PMS) preferred.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language(s) a plus.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
