Core ResponsibilitiesPerformance Strategy & Media Planning Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic media Develop and manage annual media strategies and budgets , translating them into monthly plans based on performance trends, seasonality, and business priorities Apply strong analytical logic to complex data sets to inform forecasting, pacing, and channel allocation Drive acquisition and revenue growth while optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance Programmatic & Channel Execution Lead programmatic strategy and execution, including DV360 and direct engagement with DSPs, SSPs, and premium publishers Oversee audience strategy, bidding frameworks, inventory selection, and measurement approaches Partner with Creative and Product teams to inform messaging, formats, and landing page performance Ensure continuous testing and optimization across channels and formats Analytics, Measurement & Technology Own performance reporting, dashboards, and insights across all channels Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across platforms and publishers Translate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop high-performing performance marketing teams Operate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, clearly communicating risks, trade-offs, and opportunities Drive operational rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles Deep expertise in paid media and programmatic buying at scale , including DV360 Proven experience managing large, complex marketing budgets Strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, and media measurement Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
