Officer - IT ( Process Engineer )

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire an Officer - IT (Process Engineer) (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your Job:

·Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.

·Lead process re‑engineering initiatives from assessment through design, implementation, and stabilization.

·Design optimized workflows, procedures, and process maps using recognized methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma.

·Act as a functional support focal point for business applications to ensure efficient usage aligned with business processes.

·Translate business needs into clear process and application requirements.

·Design reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor efficiency and benefits realization.

·Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and facilitate workshops to support process change adoption.

·Document processes, standards, and improvement outcomes and ensure governance consistency.

Your Profile:

Minimum Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Industrial Engineering or any related field.

Minimum Experience:

·2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or business application support.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

·Strong analytical and structured thinking.

·Proficiency in process mapping tools (BPMN, Visio, Lean Six Sigma).

·Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

·Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

·Ability to operate effectively in evolving and low‑structure environments.
