Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Reports to: Logistics Manager Role Overview: Our client is looking for a Logistics Officer who is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including handling orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring effective communication with distributors and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience across land, sea, and air freight operations , along with strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily logistics activities including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
Manage logistics operations across land, sea, and air freight channels to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and documentation.
Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Monitor transportation costs and propose efficiency improvements.
Assist in resolving any issues related to shipments, delays, or damages.
Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
Experience in FMCG, distribution, or logistics companies.
Experience in land, sea, and air freight operations is essential.
Strong command of English (spoken and written) – English proficiency is essential.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
