2. Key Responsibilities
A. Precise Payroll Engineering
Mass Payroll Processing: Supervise and verify monthly payroll for 500+ employees (including site engineers and laborers) with 100% accuracy.
Mathematical Modeling: Apply advanced Excel and analytical formulas to calculate complex overtime, site allowances, and production-based incentives.
Auditing: Conduct rigorous audits of attendance data and payroll variations to ensure zero-error financial reporting.
B. Regulatory Compliance (Jordanian Law & Social Security)
Social Security Mastery: Manage all online Social Security Corporation (SSC) transactions, ensuring correct salary declarations and injury reporting.
Legal Compliance: Act as a technical expert on Jordanian Labor Law to ensure all employment contracts and terminations are legally and mathematically sound.
Final Settlements: Calculate end-of-service benefits and indemnity with the precision of a scientific auditor.
C. Systems & Data Management
HRIS Supervision: Manage the HR Information System (ERP), treating it as a complex database that requires regular optimization and data integrity checks.
Personnel Operations: Oversee the lifecycle of employee documentation (contracts, insurance, and leaves) for a high-volume workforce.

A. Academic Background (Mandatory STEM)
