Financial Reporting Manager

Overview Our client is a leading Accounting Consultancy company in the field of Accounting and Bookkeeping. We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Amman, Jordan. Our firm provides professional financial services to diverse clients mainly in KSA, and this role will be pivotal in leading our financial reporting function and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping cycle for various clients to ensure full compliance and accuracy.

  
  

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of approximately five employees, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.

  
  

• Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of all financial reports, meeting strict monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.

  
  

• Utilize and oversee ERP systems to streamline reporting processes and enhance data integrity.

  
  

• Monitor and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard client data and maintain reporting excellence.

  
  

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management based on reporting outcomes.

  
  

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit cycles and regulatory compliance.

  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

  
  

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, preferably within an accounting consultancy environment.

  
  

• Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  
  

• Languages: Native Arabic and very good English (reading and writing).

  
  

• Availability: Preferred joining time is immediate or within 30 days.

  
  

• Location: Candidates must be based inside Jordan.

  
  

Salary Range

• JOD 1,500 – 2,000 Monthly (based on experience)
