Our client is a leading growing company in the field of Regional Consulting. They are currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team in Amman. This role is designed for a finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding regional firm.
Reporting Structure & Location
Report to: Partner
Location: Amman, Jordan
Work Schedule: 5 Days per week
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and review complex financial models to support various consulting projects and strategic initiatives.
Feasibility Studies: Lead the preparation of comprehensive feasibility studies for regional clients, including market analysis and financial projections.
Valuation Analysis: Perform business valuations using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.) for M&A and investment purposes.
Due Diligence: Coordinate and execute financial due diligence processes to support transaction advisory services.
Project Management: Assist the Partner in managing multiple consulting engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality deliverables are produced.
Reporting: Prepare detailed investment memos, board presentations, and executive summaries regarding financial performance and strategic opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Support junior team members and collaborate across departments to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance or consulting.
Education: BA in Accounting or Finance; CMA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and feasibility studies.
Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Joining: Immediate availability or a 30-day notice period is preferred.
Eligibility: Open to candidates residing both inside and outside of Jordan.
Compensation
Monthly Salary: JOD 2,000
