Job description

We’re hiring a Brand Content Executive (Arabic speaking)
Location : Amman, Jordan
Experience : 1–2 years

About the role :

  • We’re on the lookout for a skilled Arabic content specialist who lives and breathes words — someone who knows the difference between literal and local, and when to go classic vs. casual.
  • You’ll be crafting content that reads beautifully in Arabic — not AI-fed not robotic, and definitely not a Google Translate situation.
  • If you can tell a story in Arabic the way it’s meant to be told (with context, nuance, and that unmistakable local flavour), then we’re already fans.
Who you are :

  • You’re fluent in Arabic, but more importantly, you’re fluent in meaning.
  • You know when a sentence needs to be formal, when it should be friendly, and when to say more with less.
  • You’ve got 1–2 years of experience writing, editing, or translating for Arabic-speaking audiences (agency or brand-side works for us).
  • You’re not afraid to write from scratch or rewrite something until it feels right.
  • You know that good translation is an art — and it’s never word-for-word.
  • You respect grammar, but you also know when to break the rules for rhythm.
Bonus points if you :

  • Have translated marketing material or social content before
  • Can spot awkward AI-generated Arabic in two seconds flat
  • Write like a human, not a textbook
  • Have experience localising content for Gulf, Levant, or North African audiences
What you’ll do :

  • Translate and localise English content into Arabic — making it resonate, not just readable
  • Collaborate with writers and marketers to make sure the tone matches the message
  • Adapt campaign messages, taglines, landing pages, emails, social posts, event content — all of it — for Arabic audiences
  • Review and refine AI-generated drafts (if any) to ensure they actually make sense
  • Work across teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and flair in every Arabic word that goes out
  • Be the go-to person for “how would this really be said in Arabic?”
  • Support in creating, scheduling, and ideating content to enhance engagement and consistency

What you’ll need :

  • 1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or translation
  • Near-native Arabic writing skills (and yes, we’ll test that)
  • Good understanding of marketing tone and how it shifts by platform
  • A sharp eye for detail and a deep love for language and social media
  • Bonus if you have experience working with SaaS or tech products
Why join us?

  • We don’t want boring. We want real.
  • This is your chance to bring life, color, and character to Arabic content for a global brand with local roots.
  • You’ll work with a team that believes in storytelling — and gives you the freedom to write like people actually talk.
