Responsibilities:
 
  • Support the development and optimization of discovery and personalization experiences across Shahid platforms


  • Contribute to initiatives across Search, Recommendations, Navigation, and content discovery surfaces


  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and stakeholders to define and execute product initiatives


  • Analyze user behavior, engagement funnels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for improvement


  • Assist in defining product requirements, experimentation plans, and success metrics


  • Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives


  • Help improve content discoverability, relevance, personalization, and user engagement


  • Monitor industry trends and emerging experiences across streaming, AI, personalization, and discovery



Requirements:
 
  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams


  • Ability to translate user and business problems into clear product requirements


  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and experimentation


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


  • Passion for consumer-facing digital products and user experiences



Nice to Have:
 
  • Experience in Search, Recommendations, Personalization, Discovery, AI, or data-driven products


  • Experience with experimentation or A/B testing


  • Familiarity with ranking, relevance, recommendation, or discovery concepts


  • Experience in streaming, media, gaming, e-commerce, or marketplace products
