Client Service Associate への本選考を受ける準備として、ワークショップイベントを開催します。

イベントでのパフォーマンスに応じて、特別選考プロセスにご招待します。

応募条件

• 2028年に大学 または 大学院を卒業する予定である (Bachelor degree以上を保有している・する予定であること)
• 日本語・英語がどちらもビジネスレベル以上である (Sessionの半数が英語にて実施されます)
• イベントにおいて、全日の参加が可能である
• 大学・大学院における学部・専攻は不問
• 当社の価値観との整合性：意欲的で、結果志向で、適応性があり、謙虚で共感性のある人物

 

選考ステップ

1. 英語レジュメを提出 / Submit your resume
2. 日本語・英語による15分のビデオ面接 / Video interview conducted in Japanese and English
3. 選考結果通知、イベント参加日程の決定 / Result announcement

 

イベント参加後の流れ

本選考 (Fast Track)　※Insight Dayでの実績によって、本選考へ招待されます。
・Essay Writing
・First Round Interview with Talent Acquisition Team (45 minutes)
・Role-Play Interview with a Client Service Team Manager (1 hour)
・Final Interview with a Senior Vice President (1 hour)
