Based, in Sagbé, our depot, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and validation of depot equipment (DEQ) while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and ethics. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers), ensure compliance with Alstom standards, oversee the progress of installation works, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supervising tests and commissioning of depot equipment on-site, ensuring compliance with standards, planning activities, and managing resources, but also coordinating teams and producing required documentation.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring the availability of documents, human resources, materials, and tools necessary for test execution (implementation of the 4M approach)
Supervising tests conducted by suppliers and subcontractors according to established procedures

Overseeing the maintenance and safety of equipment post-installation
Managing the stock of tools, consumables, and rental equipment for testing
Coordinating on-site teams (technicians, workers) for testing, maintenance, and training activities
Monitoring and tracking test progress according to the schedule to meet project milestones
Identifying and implementing corrective actions for non-conformities or issues in coordination with the quality engineer
Providing regular updates to the depot equipment project manager
Producing test documentation, including work permits, test reports, and meeting minutes
Drafting maintenance documentation and training materials for installed equipment based on supplier data

Previous field experience in a major infrastructure project
Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity in addressing issues at their source
