Could you be the full-time System Testing Manager in Abidjan we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your system testing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as I&V leaders, Subsystem Testing Managers, and the Configuration Manager), coordinate detailed schedules to ensure logical testing sequencing, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing system testing procedures and monitoring subsystem testing procedures preparation, but also managing system testing resources and executing system tests.
We’ll look to you for:
Preparing and monitoring system testing procedures and subsystem testing procedures
Managing system testing resources and means to perform testing activities
Coordinating detailed schedules to ensure logical testing sequencing based on the Master Schedule
Organizing and leading coordination meetings to track progress and adjust execution schedules
Executing system tests and supervising subsystem tests
Collecting, compiling, and reviewing system testing reports and monitoring subsystem testing reports
Managing testing configuration and ensuring correction/non-regression tests in collaboration with the Configuration Manager
Consolidating testing reserves punch lists and implementing processes for their closure

Graduated from an engineering school (mandatory)
Electrical and mechanical diploma/degree (desirable)
Minimum 5 years as a testing commissioning leader in an identical field (mandatory)
Experience in railway systems, SCADA, and telecom systems (mandatory)
International project experience (mandatory)
Knowledge of rolling stock systems, electrical power distribution systems, and signalling systems (desirable)
Understanding of Environment, Health & Safety on construction sites (desirable)
Leadership, initiative, and decision-making mindset
Team spirit, good communication, and organizational skills
Planning-oriented with the ability to propose alternative solutions
