SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - Industrial Operations

As part of its ongoing Digital Transformation Program, Ariston Group is evolving its end‑to‑end industrial and supply chain processes through the adoption of advanced digital solutions. This transformation requires professionals with a strong combination of business process knowledge and SAP application expertise.

The SAP Functional Analyst – is part of the Central Group ICT – Industrial & Operations Technologies organization and acts as functional owner of SAP solutions supporting manufacturing and supply chain:

• Act as the functional analyst ensuring coherent process design and solution consistency across modules;
• Work closely with Business Process Owners and Key Users to collect requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and define fit-for-purpose solutions
• Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, from functional analysis and testing to deployment and hypercare;
• Manage change requests and contribute to project delivery in line with ICT governance and roadmap priorities;
• Ensure application quality, up-to-date documentation, and service continuity

QUALIFICATION:

• University degree in STEM disciplines
• Solid experience on SAP MM, PP or QM in industrial environment;
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes;
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA;
• Fluent Italian and English;
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
