Responsibilities 


  • Design optimization solutions based on SAP FICO functionality to address issues in financial processes, and coordinate with suppliers to promote process standardization and automation.


  • Handle daily user issues (voucher posting errors, report anomalies, permission requests).


  • Ensure that the system configuration complies with international/regional accounting standards (IFRS, Chinese accounting standards) and tax regulations (value-added tax, corporate income tax), design system controls such as permission separation and audit tracking, and support internal and external audit data retrieval.


  • Assist the finance team in completing monthly/annual closing, including cost settlement, fixed asset depreciation provision, foreign currency evaluation, profit and loss carryover, handling closing exceptions (outstanding items, variance adjustments), and ensuring efficient closing of accounts.


  • Responsible for researching and analyzing the information system requirements and business management models of business departments, and preparing analysis reports to ensure the system meets business needs.


  • Responsible for researching, planning, and implementing information systems, resolving operational anomalies in system operations, and improving system functionalities based on business requirements.


  • Responsible for assisting in troubleshooting any anomalies that arise from the interconnection of various systems during the electronic invoice issuance process, such as data transmission between SAP and third-party invoicing software.


Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's degree .


  • Work experience: 3-5 years.


  • Business experience: Capable of independently handling the implementation and operation of at least two modules of the SAP-ERP system (FI + CO).


  • Global experience is preferred, background in automotive import and export sales are preferred; Experience in the Italian local electronic invoice integration project is preferred.


  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Italian.


  • Willing to travel  to various subsidiaries in Europe based on the project implementation situation; Frequency and duration of dispatch: 2 times per year, expected total of 1 month.
