Purpose of the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to contribute to our HR processes.
Based within the Human Resources department, the successful candidate will support the team in managing key operational and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
Personnel administration tasks (updating personal records and filing – operational management of employees through the organisation and filing of contractual documentation, monitoring deadlines);
Support for recruitment activities (posting job advertisements, screening CVs, liaising with candidates);
Updating and monitoring reports;
Support for cross-functional HR projects;
Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Psychology, Humanities, Economics or related subjects;
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
Excellent knowledge of English (B2 – C1);
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach;
