You will manage the sales of digital marketing campaigns to online partners, plan and execute them. You will then also analyze and evaluate the campaigns, sharing the analysis and results with external partners.
You will also coordinate with the marketing and CRM team for the end-to-end execution of Digital Sales campaigns: you will brief and share all assets needed to run a specific digital marketing campaign for PAYBACK digital Partners, make decisions on Coupon and incentivization. You will follow the onboarding of new PAYBACK digital Partners, perform quality check for PAYBACK website and APP in relation to digital campaigns.
You will coordinate with the PAYBACK Controllership team and PAYBACK Partners for debit and credit notes issuance and management.
As part of the job, you will also be managing the budget, ensuring cost control, having an overview of the digital marketing scenario and managing B2B relationships.
Previous experience in similar roles in digital sales, with strong sales and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with a proven record of using data to drive strategic decisions and improve performance
Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Good project management skills, being able to prioritize multiple activities with tight timelines
Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Preferred Skills:
A passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environment
