International Card Services: International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer, Small Business Services (SBS), and Middle and Large-Market Corporate segments. ICS issues products in 27 countries and is responsible for two Joint Ventures – AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) and American Express Saudi Arabia. About Role: AMEX is looking for a Partnership Campaign Intern in our Milan office. We are searching for a student interested in Communication e Digital Marketing who would like to join Bank & Partnership Team. This is a paid internship opportunity to know the Bank Partnership environment with an excellent introduction to the payment services.


Opportunity to be involved in meaningful projects, be exposed to daily team tasks such as development, execution and monitoring of partnership campaign. The intern will be introduced to useful tools and resources that will help the intern grow both professionally and personally.


The intern will be involved in projects that include supporting the Bank and Partnership team to collect partners needs, analyze internal data and achieve the monthly targets. The intern also can support the creation of new and innovative projects with the aim to expand the campaign knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and interpret digital banking communication trends
  • Develop best practices in digital communication 
  • Analyze data to identify and recommend improvements to digital acquisition funnel
  • Monitor partnership platform performance 
  • Execute insights & prepare reports for internal stakeholders in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Monitor digital metrics and KPIs

Qualifications:
  • Current undergraduate or graduate students and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply (Digital Marketing/Communication) 
  • Digital mindset and good level of IT tools (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent spoken and written English 
  • Team working 
  • Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement

  • Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewal
  • Hours: 39 hours per week
