About Role: The ideal candidate will support the Global Commercial Sales function in Italy, specifically the Global Clients development structure, and will manage specific commercial and process projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with other corporate functions (e.g. Global Merchant & Network Services, Controllership) and being tasked to monitor and optimize the Supplier Payment processes of American Express Italia and the other Group companies
  • Supporting data analysis and process management for selected clients, providing monthly report to both the client and third parties involved in alignment with internal servicing team
  • Assisting the structure in the daily client management activities, producing internal and external reporting and liaising with the operations units

Qualifications:
  • Current graduate students in Economics are encouraged to apply
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You’re able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems 
  • Good communication and relational skills
  • Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
  • Fluency in both English & Italian 
  • Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel & Power Point)

  • Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewal
  • Hours: 39 hours per week
