  • Partner with Product, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to align on policy direction and enforcement strategies
  • Review new product features and launches, ensuring user safety is considered from the start
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve policy clarity, enforcement consistency, and user protection
  • Conduct risk assessments, contribute to red-teaming exercises, and stay ahead of emerging online safety trends
  • Lead high-priority or sensitive investigations into potential policy violations
  • Identify opportunities to improve policies and workflows based on data, feedback, and operational insights

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience working on policy development, enforcement, or trust & safety in a global context
  • You are experienced with online safety topics, including generative AI, free expression, and user protection
  • You know how to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex, evolving problem spaces
  • You are comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning teams with different priorities
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your style to different audiences
  • You have strong critical thinking skills and can translate insights into practical improvements
  • You have experience managing multiple projects across time zones and driving them to completion
  • You are comfortable handling high-pressure situations, including escalations and crisis scenarios
  • You care deeply about building safe and inclusive online communities

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in Dublin
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
