Job description

To monitor and maintain quality standards across automotive service and body shop operations by conducting systematic inspections, validating repair quality, and ensuring all completed work complies with dealership procedures and manufacturer specifications.
The role aims to minimize repeat repairs, improve customer satisfaction, and support operational excellence through effective quality control practices and coordination with workshop teams.
Conduct final quality inspections on vehicles following mechanical repairs, diagnostics, body repairs, paint work, polishing, detailing, and accessory installations.
Verify that all completed repairs and services align with job card requirements, manufacturer procedures, and dealership quality standards.
Detect workmanship issues, missing repair items, cosmetic defects, or operational concerns and report them for corrective action.
Coordinate closely with Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians, Bodyshop Staff, Supervisors, and Service Advisors to resolve identified quality issues.
Perform road tests or functional checks when required to validate repair effectiveness and vehicle performance.
Ensure that all safety-related repairs and systems are properly completed and functioning before vehicle delivery.
Monitor workshop processes and identify recurring quality issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and documentation records accurately within company systems.
Support warranty compliance by ensuring repairs and replaced parts meet manufacturer warranty conditions and technical standards.
Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures, operational standards, and workshop best practices.
Ensure vehicles are clean, properly assembled, and ready for customer handover after repair completion.
Participate in internal audits, workshop evaluations, and process improvement activities related to service quality.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspection and operational activities.
Stay updated on manufacturer technical bulletins, repair methods, and quality control procedures.
Educational Level / Required Certificates: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Automotive quality inspection or OEM certification is considered an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive workshops, dealerships, service centers, or bodyshop operations.
Strong understanding of vehicle repair procedures, diagnostics, and automotive quality standards.

Familiarity with dealership operations and manufacturer service requirements.
Ability to identify technical defects and evaluate repair quality effectively.
Experience using workshop management systems and inspection documentation.

Previous experience in premium automotive brands or OEM-authorized workshops is preferred.
