Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations/issues/processes compliance by EU GDP and applicable QMS.
• Defines areas for improvement/upgrade in applicable QMS.
• Conducts Internal Audits as per the instruction and plan of the Quality Manager.
• Perform supplier qualification, requalification, and evaluation (e.g., clearance and transportation agents … etc.).
• Maintain the documentation related to the QMS for all company departments.
• Review of workflows for SOP and other QMS documents in company departments as well as oversight document generation e.g., SOPs, forms … etc.
• Definition of training plans for employees along with other involved units/departments Managers.
• Trains the related staff on GDP, ISO, Quality topics, and applicable SOPs, and in alignment with each head of department/process owner. .
• Assists in the design/update of departmental objectives and KPIs and discusses it with Quality Manager.
• Appointed as Local Qualified Person by the company.
• Responsible with the Warehouse Team for the release of incoming goods, recall process, returns management, change control, complaints, CAPAs Management, and all other warehousing activities.
RequirementsQualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical science (Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
• A year of experience in the pharmaceutical field or Quality Assurance is preferable.
• Knowledge of Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) will be considered an asset.
• Good experience in the use of MS software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Detailed oriented.
