The Quality Site Lead is responsible for ensuring quality compliance during project execution, managing site QA/QC activities, and supporting delivery of projects within quality, cost, and schedule requirements. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site QA/QC team and inspection activities
• Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
• Review and approve construction quality documents and reports
• Conduct and lead quality audits, inspections, and NCR closure
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and project teams
• Monitor and report quality KPIs, compliance, and performance

🔴 MUST HAVE (Critical Requirements)

• ✅ 12+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering projects
• ✅ Strong background in site construction quality (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, E&I)
• ✅ Experience in managing QA/QC teams at site
• ✅ Hands‑on experience with Inspection Test Plans (ITP), PQP, audits, NCR management
• ✅ Knowledge of relevant standards:
  • ASME (VIII, IX, V), AWS D1.1)
• ✅ Experience with quality audits and compliance (ISO 9001)

🟢 GOOD TO HAVE

• ASNT Level II certification
• ATEX knowledge
• Oil & Gas project site experience
• Exposure to systems like Aconex / QUEST / InTouch
