Scope of Responsibilities




Lead the end-to-end delivery of power projects including OHTL, substations, and power



plants, ensuring execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Drive



coordination across EPC phases with a strong focus on contractor performance, risk



management, and HSE compliance, particularly in oil & gas environments.




Primary Duties



  • Project Execution & Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of transmission, substation and

power plant projects. Oversee planning, execution strategy, and delivery milestones.



  • Contractor & Subcontractor Management: Lead and control EPC contractors and subcontractors. Monitor performance, productivity, and compliance with contract terms. Resolve commercial and technical issues, including claims and variations.
  • Enforce accountability for safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Engineering Coordination: Oversee design for OHTL, AIS/GIS substations, and power

systems. Ensure alignment across disciplines (civil, electrical, protection, SCADA).



  • Drive timely resolution of design and interface issues.
  • Construction & Site Oversight: Supervise site execution across all project components.
  • Address technical challenges and ensure quality and HSE compliance.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (technical, commercial, schedule). Lead structured problem-solving and decision making under pressure. Maintain project continuity through proactive issue resolution.
  • Commercial & Cost Control: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
  • Manage contractual risks, claims, and change orders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with clients, authorities, utilities, and internal teams. Lead progress reviews and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Oversee testing, energization, and commissioning of full power systems. Ensure successful handover and documentation close-out.
