Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with Head Office (HO), DRO, and GBS to ensure operational continuity.
  • Monitor and control storage costs to maintain efficiency.
  • Oversee intermodal logistics operations, including Transport Order (TO) creation and updates in TERRA.
  • Coordinate operations between POL and service providers while managing procurement of logistics services.
  • Work with the M&R Team to handle damage reports and ensure proper uploading in iRecovery (TTL/CTL cases).
  • Prepare and submit quarterly logistics budget roadmaps aligned with HO targets.
  • Liaise with SSC – Equipment Team and terminals on container movements, export activities, auctions, and customs seizure cases.
  • Lead Gain/Agility initiatives to optimize logistics performance.
  • Control empty container releases and manage Release Orders (ROs) via LARA.
  • Own logistics KPIs and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Handle IDF reporting, ensuring accuracy, follow-ups, and coordination until clearance.
  • Prepare and submit required operational reports.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of intermodal transport and container logistics.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems and tools (e.g., TERRA, LARA, iRecovery, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of cost control and budgeting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Beside Arabic LAnguage).
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in reporting.
