Job Summary:

We are looking for qualified Architectural Engineers / Inspectors with solid experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and international quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of architectural works (finishes, façade, partitions, ceilings, waterproofing, etc.)
  • Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
  • Review and approve material submittals related to architectural works
  • Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and documentation
  • Identify defects/non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for approvals and inspections

  • Verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

RequirementsRequirements:
