This is a contract opportunity in which you will perform a 1-day customer QMS audit in Indonesia. You are given the flexibility to accept or reject these assignments according to your own availability. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct Virtual and Onsite Assessments: Evaluate supplier products and processes according to our client's stringent requirements using QuaSAR and ProBAR tools.
  • Quality Management System Audits: Assess suppliers' QMS against our client's QuaSAR QMS and ProBAR product quality requirements, ensuring procedures, work instructions, and documentation meet our standards.
  • Inspection Verification: Ensure inspection equipment and methodologies are capable of detecting defects and validate in-process controls and records traceability.
  • Report Compilation: Compile detailed assessment reports, incorporating evidence and documenting scores and identified gaps.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with suppliers and our client's internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure effective implementation of CAPA procedures.

Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years in quality engineering, with expertise in statistics, variability reduction, manufacturing methods, and data analysis. Strong knowledge of RCCA, failure analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to detect discrepancies and ensure thorough, accurate quality assessments.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions. Willingness to travel to supplier locations as required.
