What you'll do
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Provide high-quality and responsive support to internal teams and external partners. This includes coordinating issue resolution and managing daily operational requests for Codashop/Coda Webstore, such as new product launches, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Support teams) to ensure requests are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Support external publishers with their daily operational requests.
Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to inform team strategies and decisions.
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and processes to ensure operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
What you'll bring
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a significant plus.
Basic understanding of HTML and scripting concepts (e.g., JavaScript or similar), including the ability to read code syntax, understand JSON data structures, interpret API payloads, and follow system workflows and logical processes.
Computer literate with foundational familiarity in programming or markup language syntax.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A strong project management orientation, including the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, and effectively facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.
Willingness to work in shifts.
