Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with regional targets.

  
  
  

• Partner with business leaders to drive revenue forecasting, cost planning, and resource optimization.

  
  
  

• Deliver insightful variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions.

  
  
  

• Develop financial models, client profitability analysis, and ROI assessments to support commercial decisions.

  
  
  

• Provide forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.

  
  
  

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted finance partner to client leads and business heads.

  
  
  

• Support client pricing, scoping, and revenue recognition in line with company policies.

  
  
  

• Drive client profitability, utilization, and margin improvement initiatives.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders on pipeline tracking and revenue growth strategies.

  
  
  

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and financial reporting (P&L, BS, CF) in line with IFRS/PSAK and group policies.

  
  
  

• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance framework.

  
  
  

• Manage audit processes (internal & external) effectively.

  
  
  

Tax & Compliance

• Oversee compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT).

  
  
  

• Manage tax filings, tax planning, and Transfer Pricing Documentation.

  
  
  

• Partner with regional tax teams and external advisors on audits and regulatory matters.

  
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.

  
  
  

• Ensure data integrity and alignment with regional reporting standards (APAC/Global).

  
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
