This role is critical in scaling frontline sales teams, including Agency Managers and Branch Leaders, by building a strong, high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business growth targets.
Working closely with business leadership, you will translate hiring plans into actionable recruitment strategies, ensuring consistent delivery against aggressive targets.
The role demands a strong understanding of high-volume hiring in distributed markets, particularly across urban and semi-urban regions.
You will lead a team of recruitment professionals, optimize hiring funnels, and ensure that talent acquisition efforts directly support the zone’s performance objectives.
This position combines strategic planning with execution excellence, requiring a data-driven approach to hiring, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a deep focus on quality and retention.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-volume, localized sourcing strategies for frontline sales hiring Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring targets Manage and mentor a distributed team of regional and branch-level recruiters Partner with business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce and growth objectives Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and funnel conversion rates Ensure quality hiring by implementing robust screening and selection processes Track early-stage attrition and take corrective actions to improve retention Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to refine hiring strategies based on business needs Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and efficiency What Makes You a Great Fit 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership of zonal or multi-state teams Strong expertise in high-volume and mass hiring, especially in distributed workforce models Prior experience in the life insurance sector with exposure to agency/tied-channel hiring Proven ability to scale teams and meet aggressive hiring targets Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing recruitment funnels and metrics Experience in workforce planning and onboarding processes Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments Strong leadership and team management capabilities MBA or postgraduate degree in HR or related field
