Join a high-impact team transforming Asset & Wealth Management Operations through smart workflow adoption and automation. You’ll deliver solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and transparency at scale. Partner closely with stakeholders to turn process insights into measurable operational outcomes.


As an Automation Lead - Associate in Analytics Solution team, you deliver workflow and automation products that enable data-driven performance management. You translate operational needs into scalable workflow designs and integrated analytics across tooling. You collaborate across Business and Technology to prioritize delivery, mitigate risks, and drive adoption.


Job Responsibilities 
  • Design workflows and automation solutions using Workflow Designer, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Deliver end-to-end workflow products, including integration across tools and platforms.
  • Maintain a structured book of work for aligned stakeholders, including prioritization and progress tracking.
  • Review existing processes with stakeholders to identify efficiency, control, and automation opportunities.
  • Analyze large datasets to mine automation opportunities from sources such as Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, and JIRA logs.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, testing outcomes, and blockers throughout the lifecycle.
  • Partner with business leads and SMEs to validate requirements and align solutions to operational outcomes.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex, multi-faceted operational problems using analytics and visualization.
  • Develop dashboards and insights that improve performance management and decision-making.
  • Contribute new ideas and perspectives that strengthen team learning and continuous improvement.
  • Build reusable capabilities and train team members to scale adoption and standardize best practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, large datasets, and process automation delivery.
  • Leverage Python, Alteryx, and Tableau to build automation and analytics solutions.
  • Influence stakeholders across Business and Technology through clear communication and structured problem-solving.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint materials and data visualizations and present insights to varied audiences.
  • Translate business requirements into workflow designs, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage delivery execution including scope, milestones, risks, testing, and adoption planning.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, financial technologies, and evolving operational priorities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Hold relevant certifications in Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Agile, or automation platforms.
  • Apply AI/ML tools or techniques to enhance analytics, classification, or opportunity discovery.
  • Use workflow design platforms to develop standardized, reusable automation components.
  • Implement process mapping and operational improvement methods to quantify benefits and controls.
  • Operate effectively in global, matrixed environments with distributed stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate experience with Jira-based demand intake, tracking, and opportunity management.
  • Exhibit strong documentation discipline for workflows, controls, testing, and operational handover.
