We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Product Owner to lead the vision, shape the roadmap and drive continuous improvement of dentsu's Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions.
Partnering with the business, this role will serve as a key liaison between HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance and external vendors to drive scalable, compliant and business-aligned compensation and benefits processes on a global scale.
The successful candidate will bring strong Total Rewards expertise, proven product ownership experience and hands-on proficiency in Workday configuration.

Key responsibilities:
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Compensation & Benefits within Workday in collaboration with Rewards/HR
Support the business leadership to manage the technological elements of projects in this area.
Translate business requirements into functional design documents.
Serve as the primary contact between HR/Rewards and Workday Global Business Platform.
Lead configuration and enhancements in:
Annual Salary Review (ASR) and Annual Incentive Programme (AIP)
Compensation plans (merit, bonus, allowances)
Benefits eligibility and enrollment
Support audits and compliance initiatives.
Ensure system compliance with local and global regulations.
Evaluate and implement new Workday features during biannual updates.
Drive automation and process simplification.
Experience and skills:
10+ years’ experience of which 2-4 years of experience in Workday centric HRMS technology landscape
Subject Matter Expert for Workday Compensation & Benefits modules and an understanding of additional functional areas such as Reporting, Security, HCM as well as general Workday system knowledge.
At least one successful implementation of a Global Annual Salary Review process and all associated reports, dashboards, statements
Knowledge of payroll integrations
Familiarity with compliance frameworks/JSOX
Experienced in gathering requirements, design, configuration, and testing of Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with the business and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems.
Contributes to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance the Workday platform.
Exposure to Workday downstream integrations to ERP/CRM systems and associated challenges
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Workday certification(s) in Compensation and/or Benefits as well as experience of other Workday modules.
Knowledge of other platforms such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Workfront
Working experience in a complex matrixed, international and cross-cultural organization
