Role Overview


  • Position: Workday Integration Developer


  • Experience: 5 –10 years of hands-on Workday integration development


  • Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB (Inbound & Outbound), Workday Studio, Core Connectors (Worker, Benefits), and XSLT


  • Environment: Work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-vendor setup


  • Skills Required: Strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams


  • Good to have Workday Extend and Orchestration Experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT


  • Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions


  • Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements


  • Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security, and migration processes


  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and schedule integrations using ISU, ISSG, and Workday tools


  • Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis


  • Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation with high attention to detail


  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience


  • 5–10 years of Workday integration development experience


  • Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calc fields


  • Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, security, and navigation


  • Expertise in EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio


  • Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting


  • Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Skills


  • Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-national environments


  • Ability to prepare clear documentation and articulate technical solutions effectively


  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
