What You'll Do:


  • Support end-to-end implementations and operations of Manhattan Associates solutions (e.g., WMS, Active, WMS).
  • Work from requirements gathering through deployments, integrations, and support to drive digital supply chain transformations.
  • Implement and configure Manhattan WMS/OMS, including system design, CRP, and functional configuration.
  • Conduct testing (integration, functional), create test scripts, manage go-live support, and deliver hypercare.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations with ERP, TMS, scanners, and labels using Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF), SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage inventory discrepancies, error handling, and system performance.
What You Know:
  • 5+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS) and their integration & configuration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MHE, ProShip).
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL. Good Understanding/testing and/or Working Knowledge in Micro services.
  • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and user training. Experience with the MHE Integration and Troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Proship Integration is a plus. Linux/Unix, Ability to Analyse WMOS Logs etc.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
