Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Analytics team to partner with the Business.
As a Data Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data related to wholesale loan operations. You will support business decision-making, process improvements, and regulatory compliance by delivering actionable insights and robust reporting.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources related to loan servicing, operations, and client activity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization within WLS operations.
  • Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and management to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Support regulatory and audit requests by providing accurate and timely data extracts and analysis.
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of advanced analytics tools.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, within financial services or lending operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Sigma and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge on AWS and Jira Management
