A Snapshot of Your Day


Responsible for end-to-end Inventory control of materials, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels, prevention of stock-outs or excess inventory, Slow-moving non-moving inventory identification and its timely disposal and periodic stock reconciliation. Overall responsibility for parts operations warehouse management, including layout optimization, storage and preservation of material, housekeeping, and systematic material handling.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Handling material receipt functions include verification of documents and material and timely issuance of materials as per operational requirements and SAP transactions with accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Conducting monthly and yearly inventory audits and cycle counts, variance analysis, and stock reconciliation with ERP/ SAP records.
  • Managing material replenishment against Sales Orders by transferring material from Plant 9AD1 and ensuring timely availability.
  • Overseeing Sales orders completions, including order picking, packing, labelling shipment and logistics operations, including dispatch coordination with transporters and customers and delivery tracking.
  • Cooperating with SCM, Quality, New Equipment team, and Finance teams to ensure smooth Parts Operation and Sales Order processing and deliveries

What You Bring


  • Coordinating closely with customers and transporters for rejections/ returns material movement from customer locations with proper documentation.
  • Monitoring and performing reconciliation of logistics and freight bills, validating charges, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring cost control.
  • Implementing and monitoring safety measures, EHS guidelines and standards, including HIRA and risk assessment, aspect–impact identification, EHS Objectives & Targets, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Actively associated with internal and external ISO audits, EHS audits at the Parts Operations Warehouse, coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to standards and policies and its continuous improvement.
