Job Title / Designation: Video Editor & Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The role involves a balanced mix of graphic designing (40%) and video editing (60%), with a strong focus on social media and paid advertising creative.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling static and motion creative for digital platforms
• Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns
• Create high-performance creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Adapt content formats for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to meet campaign objectives
• Think creatively and work efficiently under tight timelines, with the ability to make quick design decisions
• Use AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity, creativity, and turnaround time
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Software & Tools Required:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with AI-based design and video tools is a strong plus

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and composition
• Excellent video editing sense, including pacing, transitions, and storytelling
• Ability to think on your feet and solve creative challenges quickly
• Clear understanding of what works on social media and performance ads
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate fast

Minimum Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, Any bachelor’s Degree

• Experience working with performance marketing creative
• Understanding of ad creative for Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Exposure to AI-assisted creative workflows
