Your role in the Team’s Success


Managing a team member/s (Administrator) responsible for running BAU vendor onboarding processes, ensuring oversight of vendor processes in the TPRM tool.


What you’ll do


  • Audit/ checking accuracy of vendor processes, e.g.to ensure correct BIR/ spend category is applied



  • Manage ongoing due diligence for critical vendors and outsourced arrangements



  • Completing vendor onboarding BAU as cover for team and for complex/ critical or sensitive requirements. 



  •  Working with VM&P analyst to provide reporting to various business stakeholders, including: Outsourcing registers


  • Vendor management processes e.g. compliance with process



  • Tracking progress of vendors through onboarding and due diligence processes



  • Tracking Procurement/ vendor management KPI’s and SLA’s



  • Tracking and monitoring remediations as an outcome of vendor due diligence



  • Management information as required for the Vendor Management Committee



  • Improvement and maintenance of vendor onboarding and due diligence procedures (In Aravo) and associated manuals/ procedure documentation



  • Building relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand regulatory, legal and risk requirements relating to TPRM



  • Responding to audit queries (internal/ external) on VM related topics



  • Assist TPRM lead in review of RCSA and evaluating/ improving vendor management controls



  • Reviewing contracts/ legal agreements for low risk/ value spend. 



What you’ll need for this role


  • Proven 5-8 years experience in vendor management, procurement, strong excel experience, stakeholder experience.


  • Experience in auditing and ensuring compliance with vendor processes.


  • Familiarity with due diligence processes for critical vendors and outsourced arrangements.


  • Proficiency in vendor management systems (e.g., Aravo) and related software.


  • Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs, SLAs, and vendor progress.


  • Ability to review and understand contracts and legal agreements.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.


  • Understanding of regulatory, legal, and risk requirements related to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).


  • Ability to respond to internal and external audit queries effectively.


  • Capability to assist in reviewing RCSA and improving vendor management controls.


  • Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in vendor onboarding and due diligence procedures.


  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) are a plus.
