The Role We are looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of product experiences from first sketch to final release.
You will work closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, design intuitive solutions, and guide them through implementation and launch.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and impact—not just execution.
What You Will Do Understand the Problem First Conduct user research and interviews.
Review how products are currently used.
Identify pain points and opportunities before proposing solutions.
Design End-to-End Experiences Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop designs detailed enough for engineers to implement confidently.
Ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Maintain Design Consistency Work within and contribute to our shared design system.
Reuse components thoughtfully and identify opportunities for improvement.
Help ensure a cohesive experience across all products.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Participate in sprint planning and product discussions.
Share designs early and iterate based on feedback.
Work closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design quality.
Use Data to Improve Products Analyze user behavior and product usage data.
Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for optimization.
Drive continuous improvements through data-informed design decisions.
Communicate Design Decisions Clearly explain your design process and rationale.
Present concepts and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.
Demonstrate how user needs and business goals inform your work.

3+ years of experience designing digital products (web, mobile, or both).
Strong portfolio demonstrating your full design process, from discovery through delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, interaction design, and usability principles.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to a design system.
Ability to use analytics, user behavior data, and funnel metrics to inform design decisions.
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts and constraints.
Experience designing accessible products that accommodate users with diverse needs and abilities.
