Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that align with project goals and user expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
- Should applies UCD principles to design intuitive, secure, and trust-driven experiences for banking products (retail, corporate, payments).
- Able to leads the full UX lifecycle—from research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing—focused on complex financial journeys
- Strong knowledge to translate designs into scalable, production-ready interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
- Have design experiences aligned to regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, GDPR, accessibility) while maintaining usability.
- Strong ability to use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously optimise journeys such as onboarding, payments, and self-service.
- Have skilled at simplifying multi-step, high-friction processes (e.g., account opening, lending, trade finance) into seamless user flows.
- Able to builds and contributes to enterprise-grade design systems, ensuring consistency across digital banking platforms.
- Should Works closely with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to deliver aligned and feasible solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
