Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define the role requirements for various healthcare positions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
Strong sales and negotiation skills are a plus.
