This is a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting role.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling high applicant flow, managing structured pipelines, and consistently meeting recruitment KPIs.
This role requires strong English communication skills, professional maturity, excellent soft skills, and the ability to work the US Pacific Time shift from India.
Key Responsibilities 1.
High Volume Candidate Sourcing Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound candidate pipelines Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach Maintain daily activity targets for calls, connects, and submissions 2.
Screening & Evaluation Conduct structured phone and video interviews Assess communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit Evaluate resumes against defined role requirements Qualify candidates based on compensation, availability, and eligibility 3.
Pipeline & Process Management Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and internal systems Move qualified candidates efficiently through interview stages Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers Ensure follow-ups and reduce interview no-shows 4.
KPI Ownership Meet and exceed hiring targets Maintain strong submission-to-hire ratios Track daily metrics including outreach volume, connects, interviews scheduled, and placements Work directly with US based hiring operations High growth, performance driven environment Clear KPIs and structured career progression Opportunity to build expertise in US talent markets Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment Proven experience in high volume hiring environments Strong understanding of US hiring practices and time zones Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong soft skills, confidence, and professional maturity Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence Comfortable working night shift aligned with US Pacific Time
