Job Purpose The role is responsible for driving student placements, recruiter engagement, alumni data management, and digital employer branding, primarily within the BFSI and allied service sectors.
The incumbent will manage key recruiter relationships, placement drives, alumni career tracking, and LinkedIn outreach, while also supporting the development of a technology-enabled alumni placement platform.
The position plays a critical role in strengthening Skillserv’s employer ecosystem, placement outcomes and brand visibility aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Placement & Alumni Career Data Management • Lead the systematic collection and management of placement and career progression data of certified alumni.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity through audits and validation processes.
• Analyze placement trends, recruiter demand and alumni career trajectories to generate insights for leadership.
• Prepare structured reports and dashboards highlighting placement outcomes and program impact.
• Continuously improve data processes through automation, standardization and best practices.

Recruiter Engagement & Relationship Management (BFSI & Services) • Establish and manage strong relationships with BFSI and allied sector recruiters, including organizations such as Bajaj and other regional/national employers.
• Achieve 25–30 placement drives annually through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Position Skillserv programs (including CPBFI) as a reliable talent pipeline for recruiters.
• Conduct recruiter needs assessments and align alumni profiles to hiring requirements.
• Maintain regular communication through meetings, follow-ups, presentations and updates on alumni success stories.

Consortium & Institutional Engagement • Build and manage a consortium of recruiters and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
• Engage senior HR leadership of BFSI organizations through LinkedIn, professional networks, references and direct outreach.
• Organize recruiter meets, TPO townhalls and district-level engagement forums.
• Promote Skillserv training programs to increase placement opportunities for certified students.

Technology Platform Management – Alumni & Recruiters • Coordinate with technology partners to develop and operationalize a centralized alumni placement platform.
• Ensure alumni data migration, onboarding, and active registration on the platform.
• Facilitate recruiter onboarding and job requirement postings from BFSI organizations.
• Monitor platform adoption and address operational or data-related issues.

LinkedIn & Digital Outreach Support • Support the management of Skillserv’s LinkedIn presence to enhance employer branding.
• Execute monthly content calendars and assist in drafting LinkedIn posts, captions and updates.
• Coordinate content inputs from internal teams and partners (placements, events, workshops, success stories etc).
• Track engagement metrics (impressions, reach, engagement rate, follower growth) and prepare periodic analytics reports.
• Support LinkedIn campaigns related to placements, alumni success, and employer branding.
• Use various LinkedIn tools to know the whereabouts of Skillserv alumni.
• Work in close coordination with Marketing Agency for the above given tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience ________________________________________ Education & Experience Education: • PG Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, HR, Business or equivalent) Experience: • 1–5 years of total professional experience • 0–2 years in a leading BFSI organization or placement-related role • Prior experience in campus placements, career services, alumni management or employer relations is preferred ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Strong existing network across BFSI and service industry recruiters • Experience in placement operations, career counselling or TPO coordination • Familiarity with job portals, recruitment platforms and resume screening • Experience working with data, dashboards and reporting tools
