Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a PB Futures and  Cleared Products Margin Process Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in managing cleared products and a strong understanding of margin processes. Expertise in, margin calculations, and a deep knowledge of PB, Futures is essential. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient margin processing, reconciliation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for the PB, Futures and cleared products margin process.

  
  

• Accurately calculating and process margin calls across multiple counterparties.

  
  

• Handle margin settlements, reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of breaks.

  
  

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in margin calculations and settlements in collaboration with counterparties.

  
  

• Act as a primary point of contact for onshore teams, brokers, and clearinghouses to ensure smooth communication and resolution of margin-related issues.

  
  

• Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in margin processing and reporting.

  
  

• Proactively manage and mitigate risks by ensuring robust controls are in place.

  
  

• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on processes, tools, and best practices.

  
  

• Assist in cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build depth and redundancy in the team.
   

  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ISDA documentation and related collateral agreements.

  
  

• Experience with automation tools like Tableau or Alteryx for process efficiency.

  
  

• Familiarity with treasury operations and cleared product workflows.

  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in PB , Futures  & cleared products and margin processes.

  
  

• Strong expertise in margin calculations and reconciliation processes.

  
  

• Excellent understanding of margining concepts across products such as PB Futures, Cleared Derivatives, and Repo.

  
  

• Understanding of swift payment instructions and mechanics.

  
  

• Understanding of ISDA/REPO CSA agreements.

  
  

• Familiarity with managing broker relationships and margin settlements.

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros, and data handling).

  
  

• Effective communication skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.

  
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  
  

• Candidate should be willing to do night shifts.
